Plans and billing

This article explains the Free and Premium plans, how to upgrade and cancel, and how billing works for Wix and Lifetime accounts.

Free

• 5 responses a day, for good.
• No payment needed to start.
• Your count resets every day.

When you reach the daily limit, the ruler tells you and offers Upgrade.

Premium

• Unlimited responses and every feature.
• $12.95 a month, or $9.95 a month billed annually ($119.40 a year).

Upgrade to Premium

1. Open your dashboard and go to Plan.
2. Click Upgrade to Premium.
3. Pay through the secure checkout by PayPro Global.

Premium switches on within a minute after payment.

Cancel your subscription

1. In your dashboard, go to Plan.
2. Click Cancel subscription.

You won't be charged again. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.

If you use Bettertext on Wix

You upgrade and cancel through Wix, and Wix bills you. See Bettertext on Wix.

Lifetime accounts

Lifetime accounts are no longer sold. If you have one, Bettertext uses your own OpenAI API key, and OpenAI bills you for that use.

To get a key:

1. Sign in at platform.openai.com.
2. Go to API keys.
3. Click Create new secret key and copy the key.

To add or change your key:

1. Go to app.bettertext.ai/openai-key.
2. Paste your key.
